Based in luxury 5* accommodation you can relish going ‘hard at it’ knowing there is a hot shower, cosy woodburner stoves to curl up by, delicious home cooked healthy food and a wonderfully comfy bed at the other end, not to mention great company!
Suitable for all levels of fitness- the only requirement is the determination to ‘give it a go!’.
This is the perfect activity break option for couples, families or groups of friends to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, and for singles to share fun experiences with other like-minded people. Over 18's only.

On each Adventure there will be some common provision ('as standard') plus additional activities ('feature events') which will vary throughout the year - weather and instructor availability dependent. For group bookings of 6+ you may commission your 'adventure option' from those listed to customize the weekend for your group.

Alcohol:
The Paleo Diet as 'prescribed' does not make provision for the consumption of alcohol thus it is not included in the price. However, ZED completely understands that free time is precious and will not 'ban' sensible drinking once the scheduled events are completed. Just remember there will be early starts and relatively strenuous exercise to be undertaken throughout each day….!
Insurance:
Whilst ZED takes risk assessing very seriously and will do everything possible to ensure the safety of staff and participants it is strongly recommended to take out personal accident insurance (try your bank) prior to embarking on these Adventures.
Booking Requirements:
10% deposit required to secure booking
Balance payable 8 weeks prior to start of Adventure
Refunds:
No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to start of Adventure. Prior to this refunds will be offered on ZED’s discretion.
